Scope

This notice covers the public getferrum.com marketing website. It does not describe services delivered under a signed agreement, a client portal, or the separate booking experience described below.

The website itself has no public contact form. If you email us at [email protected], we receive the information you choose to include in that message.

Information used on this website

The website stores limited attribution information in your browser’s session storage for the current visit. It keeps a first-touch and latest-touch record that includes a randomly generated journey ID, the page path, time, referrer hostname, and any campaign or click parameters present in the page address. It is used to understand the current visit and booking-link context.

Session storage is browser storage for the current session. You can clear it through your browser settings.

When you activate a booking link, the website sends a fail-open request to Ferrum’s public scheduling attribution endpoint. The request carries the journey ID, the bounded current-visit first-touch and latest-touch records, and the context of the link you selected. Ferrum keeps that handoff record for seven days. Sending the request never delays or prevents navigation to the booking page.

The booking address includes only the randomly generated journey ID. It does not include your name, email address, phone number, or campaign and click values. Raw campaign and click values also stay out of PostHog analytics properties.

Analytics and technical delivery

This website sends limited, personless page and booking-link activity events to PostHog. Autocapture, session replay, and person profiles are disabled. The event request uses the random journey ID as its anonymous identifier, omits browser credentials, and does not put raw campaign values, click IDs, names, email addresses, or phone numbers in its analytics properties. The website does not load the PostHog browser SDK or set an analytics cookie.

Website infrastructure may create ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, timestamp, and error information, to deliver and secure the site.

This notice does not list the retention, access, or processing details of every provider involved in email, hosting, logs, analytics, or booking. We update it when a material website data practice changes.

Booking is a separate experience

The Discovery Call link takes you to a separate Ferrum booking experience at app.getferrum.com. Information you enter into that booking form is handled there, not by this static marketing page. Review the applicable booking and service privacy information before using that form.
